Ingredients
- Courgette 2 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Smoked haddock fillet 2 pieces
- Marinated cherries 6 pieces
- Carrot 1 piece
- Courgette ½ piece
- Red Long Chili Peppers ½ piece
- Sweet Pepper ½ piece
- Cucumber Brine 6 tablespoons
- Mixed salad greens 2 bunches
- Cilantro 8 pieces
- Lemon 1 piece
- Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the skillet well.
Step 2
Slice the zucchini into thin pieces, lightly brush with oil, and lay them in a thin layer on the skillet. Fry for 3 minutes on each side.

Transfer to bowls and lightly sprinkle with salt.
Step 4
Brush the fish fillet with oil and fry for 4 minutes on each side; start with the skin side, then flip. Let cool.
Step 5
Slice the remaining vegetables into thin strips, place in a bowl, mix with half of the sauce, and divide onto 2 plates.
Step 6
Arrange the salad leaves next to it.
Step 7
Top the salad with the fish and cilantro, drizzle with sauce, and sprinkle with grated Parmesan or any other hard cheese.
