- Pistachios 0 oz
- Raisins 0 oz

- Red port 5 fl oz
- Sugar 0 oz
- Water 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the fish, dry it with a paper towel, cut into 3x3 cm pieces, and sprinkle with salt.
Step 2
Bring half of the port wine to a boil in a small saucepan, remove from heat, add raisins and saffron, stir, and let marinate for 5 minutes.
Step 3
Lightly toast the pine nuts over medium heat for 1 minute, then transfer to a plate.
Step 4
Pour the port wine with raisins and saffron into the skillet, add 80 ml of water, bring to a boil, add the fish pieces, and simmer for 1 minute, turning occasionally.
Step 5
Transfer the fish to a plate, pour in the remaining port wine, and reduce the sauce over high heat for 2 minutes until thickened.
Step 6
Drizzle the fish with the sauce containing raisins and sprinkle with pine nuts.
Step 7
Garnish the fish with finely chopped cilantro and serve.
