Ingredients
- Cream of Norwegian Herring 15 oz
- Ocean salt to taste
- Asparagus 1 bunch
- Salad Potatoes 3 pieces
- Pesto to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Place the washed asparagus on a plate, grouping 3–4 spears together.
Step 3
Season with salt and cut the salmon into pieces 4–6 cm wide.
Step 4
Place each piece of salmon separately on the asparagus.
Step 5
Wash and cut the potatoes in half lengthwise.
Step 6
Place the potato halves in your dish with the fish.
Step 7
Spread pesto sauce on top of the salmon (to taste).
Step 8
Then place everything in the oven for 25 minutes.
