  • Coho salmon fillet 1 piece
  • Salad Potatoes 5 lbs
  • Fennel 5 pieces
  • Lemon 2 pieces
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Herbs 0 oz
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and slice them into rounds.

Step 2

Place them on a greased baking sheet, add salt and spices to taste.

Step 3

Cut the fennel bulbs into several pieces and place them on top.

Step 4

Drizzle with vegetable oil.

Step 5

Clean the salmon, wash it, and pat it dry.

Step 6

Then make five vertical cuts on both sides of the fish, rub with salt and spices.

Step 7

Place the fish on a bed of potatoes and fennel, inserting lemon slices into the cuts.

Step 8

Bake the fish with vegetables in a preheated oven at 390°F for 45 minutes.
