Salmon with orange jam
Ingredients
- Salmon 20 oz
- Oranges 1 piece
- Orange Syrup 2 spoons
- Dijon Mustard 2 spoons
- Soy Sauce 2 spoons
- Ground coriander ½ spoons
- Toasted Sesame to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Juice the orange. If you're making salmon with the salad, also slice some zest for the salad.
Step 2
Prepare the marinade: mix together the jam, orange juice, mustard, soy sauce, and coriander.
Step 3
Cut the salmon into portion-sized pieces and arrange them in a baking dish. Pour the marinade over the salmon and let it sit for about thirty minutes.
Step 4
Set aside some of the marinade for the salad, you won't regret it.
Step 5
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and place in a preheated oven at 355°F for 15 minutes. That's it!
