Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, drizzle it with olive oil, place a few small pieces of butter on top, and sprinkle with salt and pepper, chopped juniper berries, lemon zest, and rosemary leaves.
Step 2
Place a piece of salmon fillet on a baking sheet, sprinkle it with salt, pepper, juniper berries, rosemary, and zest, drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, and top with a few small pieces of butter.
Step 3
Place the baking tray in the oven and bake at 355°F for twenty minutes.
