Salmon with Grainy Mustard
Ingredients
- Salmon fillet 4 pieces
- Grainy Mustard 4 teaspoons
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Chopped chives 1½ tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F, line a small baking tray with foil.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix the mustard, olive oil, and chives.
Step 3
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place them skin-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
Step 4
Spread the mustard mixture over the fish. Bake for 6 minutes.
Step 5
Then turn on the broiler and grill the fish approximately 15 cm from the heat for 4 minutes, until the mustard crust is golden brown.
