Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and slice the chili pepper into rings. Peel the asparagus stalks and chop the garlic.
Step 2
Season the salmon with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil, grill in a pan, and then finish cooking in the oven.
Step 3
In a heated pan with olive oil, add the asparagus and garlic. Add the chili pepper rings. Pour in the chicken broth, add the soy sauce, and cook until thickened.

Add the cherry tomatoes and finely chopped herbs.

Transfer the asparagus and sauce to a plate, place the steak on top, and garnish with watercress.
