Ingredients
- Salmon 2 pieces
- Courgette 1 piece
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Orange Bell Peppers 1 piece
- Carrot 1 piece
- 20% Sour Cream 3 tablespoons
- White Cabbage 1 head
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Rice 1 cup
- Fish Oil to taste
- Dry White Wine 1 cup
- Lime 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Season the salmon with salt and pepper, add lime juice and wine, and let it marinate for 30 minutes.
Step 2
Meanwhile, prepare the vegetable stew. Cut the zucchini into cubes and place them in a deep skillet, sauté, and then add diced tomatoes, continuing to sauté. Add a bit of chopped cabbage to the skillet with the vegetables and continue cooking, then add diced bell pepper and the cooked rice, sour cream; mix everything, season with salt and pepper, and finally add grated cheese and mix again.
Step 3
Place the salmon in a clean skillet with olive oil and sauté on both sides. Serve the vegetable garnish on a plate, place the salmon on top, and add a slice of lemon on the salmon.
