Ingredients

  • Salmon 2 pieces
  • Lime 1 piece
  • Fresh Rose Hips 2 sprigs
  • Thyme 4 sprigs
  • Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons
  • Fresh Mint 1 sprig
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
  • Dijon Mustard 2 tablespoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Gently rinse the steaks, remove the scales, and pat dry.

Step 2

Be sure to use fresh herbs. Strip the leaves from a few sprigs of rosemary, mint, and thyme, and chop them finely together.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix the herbs with the soy sauce.

Step 4

Grate the lime zest and squeeze the juice from the fruit into the bowl. Add the zest, mustard, and a bit of olive oil.

Step 5

Thoroughly rub the steaks with the mixture and let them sit for half an hour.

Step 6

Preheat the oven to 355°F. Pour a little hot water and olive oil into a baking dish. Place the steaks in the dish and put them in the oven for 20 minutes.
