- Soy Sauce 3 tablespoons

Step 1
Season the salmon with Herbes de Provence on one side.

Place the steak on a greased grill pan, seasoned side down.

After 3–4 minutes, flip it over.
Step 4
Once the second side is browned, flip it again and reduce the heat.
Step 5
Drizzle the steak with soy sauce.
Step 6
After 5 minutes, flip it again.
