Salmon Steak with Citrus Sauce
Ingredients
- Salmon 5 oz
- Oranges 1 piece
- Lemon 1 piece
- Lime 1 piece
- Butter 0 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Fish Oil to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Mixed salad greens to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the citrus fruits into pieces.
Step 2
Place the butter in a bowl, then melt it in the microwave for a few seconds.
Step 3
In the heated olive oil in a pan, place the steak. Sear for 3–4 minutes over high heat.
Step 4
Squeeze the juice of the citrus fruits into the melted butter.
Step 5
Drizzle half of the butter with citrus juice over the steak.
Step 6
Add salt.
Step 7
Flip the steak and sear for another 5–7 minutes over medium heat.
Step 8
Place on a plate on a bed of salad greens.
Step 9
Add fish seasoning.
Step 10
Drizzle with the remaining melted butter.
Step 11
Let it cool slightly and serve.
