Salmon steak grilled with rosemary
Ingredients
- Salmon 1 piece
- Fresh Rose Hips 4 sprigs
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Soy Sauce 2 tablespoons
- Lemon 1 piece
- Herbes de Provence ½ teaspoon
- Spanish onions 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix soy sauce, olive oil, and lemon juice.
Step 2
Brush the fish with the mixture on both sides.
Step 3
Place the rosemary sprigs on a dry grill pan. Heat on high.
Step 4
Place the steak on top and season with herbes de Provence.
Step 5
After 4 minutes, flip it over.
Step 6
Cover with a lid and reduce the heat. Cook for about 5 more minutes (depending on the thickness of the steak).
Step 7
Slice the onion into rings and use it for serving.
