
Salmon Skewers Baked in the Oven

Ingredients
- Salmon 20 oz
- Pickled capers 2 teaspoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Dry White Wine 0 fl oz
- Lemon 1 piece
- Cream 22% 5 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Remove the skin from the salmon, check for bones, and cut into pieces.
Step 2
Squeeze the juice from the lemon and drizzle it over the fish. Add salt, pepper to taste, capers, white wine, and let marinate for 20 minutes.
Step 3
Thread onto bamboo skewers, place on foil (do not cover), and bake in a preheated oven at 355°F for 20 minutes.
Step 4
Pour the marinade into a pan and add the cream. Simmer for 10 minutes and serve with the fish.
