  • Courgette 3 pieces
  • Yakiniku sauce 4 tablespoons
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
  • Salt to taste

Step 1

Cut the salmon fillet into small cubes.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, mix salt, teriyaki sauce, and lemon juice.

Step 3

Add the salmon to the mixture and let it marinate for 20 minutes.

Step 4

Slice the zucchini into rounds and sprinkle with salt.

Step 5

Alternately thread the zucchini and salmon cubes onto skewers.

Step 6

It's best to use an air fryer for cooking, or you can bake in the oven at 390°F; you can also sear the salmon in a pan beforehand.
