Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 5 oz
- Salmon 5 oz
- Broccoli 5 oz
- Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
- Milk 5 fl oz
- 10% cream 5 fl oz
- Pesto 1 tablespoon
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the flour with softened butter, add the beaten egg, and knead the dough until smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
Step 2
In the cream, pour in the milk and add salt, then add pepper.
Step 3
Add the pesto sauce and mix well.
Step 4
Crack in the egg and mix until smooth.
Step 5
Break the broccoli into florets and boil for 5 minutes in boiling water.
Step 6
Cut the fish into small pieces.
Step 7
Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm and evenly distribute it in the form, creating a border. Make holes all over the bottom surface.
Step 8
Line the form with parchment paper and fill it with beans or rice. Place in an oven preheated to 390°F for 40 minutes.
Step 9
Place the cheese, salmon, and broccoli at the bottom of the form.
Step 10
Pour the cream mixture over it and bake for another 40 minutes.
