Ingredients

  • Smoked haddock fillet 20 oz
  • Soy Sauce 3 spoons
  • Dry White Wine 3 spoons
  • Balsamic Vinegar 1 tablespoon
  • Toasted Sesame 1 tablespoon
  • Powdered Sugar 2 spoons

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Mix soy sauce, wine, vinegar, and one tablespoon of powdered sugar. Heat gently, stirring until the sugar is completely dissolved. Allow to cool.

Step 2

Cut the fillet into small pieces, pour the sauce over them, and marinate for half an hour.

Step 3

Remove the fillet from the sauce, pat it dry, and sauté on both sides until golden brown.

Step 4

Add one more tablespoon of powdered sugar to the marinade and heat it over low heat until it thickens. Brush the fillet with the marinade and sprinkle it with sesame seeds.
