
Salmon in Soy-Honey Sauce

Ingredients
- Salmon 5 oz
- Soy Sauce 4 spoons
- Honey 1 tablespoon
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Olive Oil 2 spoons
- Lemon-Pepper Mix to taste
- Toasted Sesame to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Press the garlic through a garlic press.
Step 2
Remove all bones from the fish.
Step 3
Combine all the marinade ingredients (everything except the sesame seeds) and place the fish pieces skin side up in the mixture. Let the fish marinate for about 30 minutes at room temperature, or longer in the refrigerator.
Step 4
Preheat the oven to 445°F. Place the fish skin-side down, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and bake it along with the marinade for about 12–15 minutes (adjust based on your oven).
