- Soy Sauce 4 spoons

- White Pepper (whole) to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, thoroughly mix together the soy sauce, honey, mustard, olive oil, and lemon juice.

Place 2 small salmon steaks in a baking dish, drizzle with marinade, sprinkle with sesame seeds and pepper, and let marinate in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes.
Step 3
Bake the marinated fish in an oven preheated to 355°F for 12 to 16 minutes. Serve with a simple side dish such as rice or a basic salad.
