Ingredients
- Salmon 20 oz
- Soy Sauce 5 fl oz
- Sesame Oil 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 1 head
- Chili jam to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ginger 0 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
- Sweet Pepper 2 pieces
- Asparagus 6 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Chinese green beans 5 oz
- Toasted Sesame to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the salmon, fillet it, cut it into portion-sized pieces, and marinate for 10 to 15 minutes. For the marinade, whisk together sesame oil and soy sauce. Add chili sauce, finely chopped garlic, ginger, and salt.
Step 2
Lightly sear the salmon and place it in an oven preheated to 355°F for 7 to 8 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the red pepper, green beans, and asparagus into thin strips and sauté them in hot sesame oil. Season with salt and pepper.
Step 4
Arrange the fish and vegetables on a plate. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
