- Kiwi 1 piece
- Mandarins 1 piece

Step 1
Sauté the salmon in a saucepan with a small amount of vegetable oil, while separately sautéing the onion rings, kiwi, mandarin, and banana, all sliced into rings in a frying pan.
Step 2
Pour cooking cream (any fat content) into the saucepan with the salmon, then add the sautéed fruits. Once it boils, simmer for 5–10 minutes.
Step 3
Place the cooked salmon steaks on a plate, strain the remaining fruits in the cream through a sieve, and pour over the salmon.
