Rinse the fish steak and dry it with a paper towel.
Step 2
Pour the beer (light) into a skillet, let it heat up, and place the fish in it. Cook on high heat so that it is not boiled but fried. You can add a little vegetable or olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and add any spices you like — it's a matter of taste.
