Ingredients

  • Salmon 25 oz
  • Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
  • Tomatoes 3 pieces
  • Fresh basil leaves ½ bunch
  • Garlic 2 cloves
  • Meyer Lemon Juice to taste
  • White Balsamic Cream 1 teaspoon
  • White Pepper (whole) to taste
  • Dried Chamomile to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Olive Oil to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the tomatoes into rounds, season with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a pan. Finely chop the garlic and add it to the pan.

Step 3

Add the marjoram and remove the pan from the heat.

Step 4

Pour the aromatic oil over the tomatoes.

Step 5

Add the balsamic vinegar and mix.

Step 6

Cut the salmon into cubes, season with salt and pepper to taste.

Step 7

Add the basil leaves to the bowl with the tomatoes.

Step 8

Add the pieces of salmon, drizzle with lemon juice, and mix.

Step 9

Place the fish with the tomatoes and basil into heatproof dishes.

Step 10

Put the dishes in the oven and bake at 390°F for 20 minutes until cooked.

Step 11

5 minutes before cooking is complete, sprinkle the fish and vegetables with grated Parmesan.
