Ingredients

  • Parsley 0 oz
  • Garlic 3 cloves
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Dijon Mustard ½ tablespoon
  • Ground Black Pepper 0.1 teaspoon
  • Olive Oil 0.1 cup
  • Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons
  • Smoked haddock fillet 4 pieces

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 230°C.

Step 2

In a small bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of finely chopped parsley, 2-3 cloves of garlic, ½ tablespoon of Dijon mustard, ½ teaspoon of salt, ⅛ teaspoon of pepper, ⅛ cup of olive oil, and 2 tablespoons of lemon juice.

Step 3

Place 4 pieces of salmon fillet on a baking sheet, generously drizzle with the sauce, and top with lemon slices. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
