- Butter 10 oz
- Mustard Greens 5 tablespoons
- Sugar 1 tablespoon
- Vinegar essence 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste

Step 1
In a skillet, heat the butter, add the sugar, and sauté over low heat until golden brown. Add three tablespoons of water, mustard, vinegar, and salt.

Rinse the salmon and cut it into pieces. Place it in the prepared marinade and refrigerate for half an hour.
Step 3
Place the fish on a greased baking sheet and bake for ten minutes in the oven at medium temperature. Then remove the baking sheet, cover the fish with foil, and bake until cooked through.
