Salmon baked in cream
Ingredients
- Smoked haddock fillet 25 oz
- 10% cream 10 oz
- Dill 3 stalks
- Leek 1 stalk
- Lemon-Pepper Mix ½ spoons
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Rinse and pat dry the salmon fillet, then cut it into 4 portion-sized pieces.
Step 2
Wash the leeks and dill, then pat them dry. Finely chop the dill and slice the leeks thinly.
Step 3
Place the salmon pieces in a baking dish, season with salt to taste, and sprinkle with lemon-flavored pepper. If you don't have lemon-flavored pepper, you can use any pepper of your choice and drizzle the fish with lemon juice.
Step 4
Sprinkle with dill and leeks, then pour over the cream. In an oven preheated to 355°F, the salmon will be ready in 12 minutes.
