- Broccoli 20 oz
- Penne rigate 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper a pinch
- Ground Nutmeg a pinch
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
- Milk 1 cup
- Hard Cheese 5 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Cook the pasta until al dente in lightly salted water.

Blanch the broccoli for 1 minute.
Step 3
Cut the salmon fillet into large pieces. Season with salt and pepper, and drizzle with lemon juice. Let it sit for about 15 minutes.

Grease a baking dish with olive oil. Layer the pasta on the bottom, followed by the salmon, and then the broccoli on top.

Preheat the oven to 430°F.

Beat the egg with a pinch of salt, add the milk, grated cheese, and nutmeg. Pour the mixture over the casserole and bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
