Ingredients
- Potatoes 5 oz
- Cauliflower 2 cups
- Peeled Tomatoes 1 piece
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Water 1 cup
- Ground Black Pepper ¼ teaspoon
- Grated Ginger 1 teaspoon
- Asafoetida ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the oil in a deep pot over medium heat, add the ginger and dry spices.
Step 2
Add the chopped tomatoes and mix thoroughly.
Step 3
Add the cauliflower, potatoes, and water. Cover with a lid, reduce the heat, and simmer until the vegetables are soft (15–20 minutes).
Step 4
If desired, you can add a little more vegetable oil and cilantro.
