- Coriander essential oil 2 teaspoons
- Nigella Seeds 2 teaspoons
- Toasted Cumin Seeds 2 teaspoons
- Salt 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Pork chop with bone 25 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a coffee grinder, grind the coriander, fennel, and cumin. Transfer to a bowl and mix with salt and pepper. Rub the meat with olive oil, then coat with the spice mixture. Place the meat on a baking sheet and let it sit for 1 hour.
Step 2
Preheat the oven to 430°F. Roast the meat for about 25 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 130°F for medium doneness. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 10 minutes. Cut the meat between the bones into individual pieces and serve 2 pieces on each plate. Serve with vegetables.
