  • Salad Potatoes 30 oz
  • Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
  • Mixed Spicy Herbs 1 tablespoon
  • Fresh Rose Hips 1 bunch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and remove any damaged spots from the skin. Then cut each potato, with the skin on, into 6–8 pieces.

Step 2

Place the cut potatoes in a bowl. Add the spices (this can be a garlic mix or a mixture of dried dill and oregano) and 2 tablespoons of olive oil. Mix thoroughly. Add a tablespoon of flour and mix again thoroughly.

Step 3

Place the potatoes in the fryer basket, drizzle evenly with olive oil, and cook for 30-35 minutes. Season the finished potatoes with salt and serve hot, garnished with fresh rosemary.
