- Garlic 2 cloves
- Italian chopped parsley to taste

Step 1
Cut the peeled potatoes into 4 pieces.
Step 2
In a bowl, pour in the oil, add salt, pepper, and Italian herbs to taste. Squeeze in the garlic and mix. Combine the potatoes with the dressing.

Preheat the oven to 355°F, line a baking sheet with parchment paper, place the potatoes on it, and spread them evenly.
