- Butter 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- New Potatoes 6 pieces

Step 1
Cut the potatoes into 2 or 4 pieces, season with salt and pepper, and place them on a baking sheet greased with vegetable and butter. Put it in the oven.
Step 2
Bake for 10 minutes at 355°F, then turn the potatoes and bake for another 10 minutes.
Step 3
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
