Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 4 pieces
- Vegetable Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Dried Rosemary to taste

Step 1
Peel the potatoes, dry them with a paper towel, and cut them into wedges.
Step 2
Heat the oil in a skillet.
Step 3
Add the potatoes to the oil in small batches. Fry until golden brown for about 5–7 minutes.
Step 4
Remove with a slotted spoon and place on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Sprinkle with coarse salt and rosemary. Serve with sauces.
