Ingredients
- Young Potatoes 7 pieces
- Dried Basil to taste
- Italian herbs to taste
- Dried Oregano to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ground red pepper to taste
- Sunflower Oil 5 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly wash the potatoes.
Step 2
Cut the potatoes into wedges.
Step 3
Adjust the spices and seasonings to your taste. Add them to the bowl with the potatoes, pour in the oil, and mix.
Step 4
Lightly grease a baking sheet with oil, place the potatoes skin-side down on the sheet, and pour the remaining oil from the bowl over them.
Step 5
Put the potatoes in the oven for 30 minutes at 180°C (356°F), then increase the heat to 200-220°C (392-428°F). The potatoes are ready when they are soft when tested with a knife.
