Description

For preparing this dish, it is best to use clay portion pots — so you can serve the stew in the same dish in which you will cook it.

Ingredients

  • Onion 5 heads
  • Pork Blood 25 oz
  • Potato 5 lbs
  • Cheese Spread 15 oz
  • Butter 5 oz
  • Sour Cream 8 teaspoons
  • Mayonnaise 8 teaspoons
  • Milk 2 spoons
  • Salt to taste
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Herbs to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Slice the meat into small pieces, season with salt and pepper, mix with finely chopped onion and a small amount of oil, and let it rest for a while.

Step 2

Cut the potatoes into strips, except for one potato which should be sliced into rounds. Arrange the meat and onions in the pots. Add the potatoes and mix well. Finally, cover the contents of each pot with the potato rounds.

Step 3

Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, and milk. Place a piece of butter on top of the potatoes in each pot, sprinkle with grated cheese, and pour the sour cream sauce over it.

Step 4

Preheat the oven to 220–465°F. Place the pots inside and bake for 30–40 minutes. Then, remove them from the oven, sprinkle with herbs on top, and serve directly in the pots.
