- Pork Blood 5 oz
- Potato 12 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Vegetable Oil 3 spoons
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Red Long Chili Peppers to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Cilantro to taste
- Dill to taste
- Bay leaf to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Pound the meat, cut it into 2x2 cm cubes, season with salt and pepper, and sauté over high heat, stirring constantly.
Step 2
Peel the potatoes, slice them into rounds, and fry until cooked through. Peel the onion, slice it into half-rings, and sauté in oil until golden brown, then mix with crushed or finely chopped garlic.
Step 3
Fill the pot halfway with boiling water, add salt and pepper, incorporate spices, then place the meat, onion, and potatoes inside. Tightly cover with aluminum foil and place in a preheated oven at 150–390°F for 20–30 minutes.
Step 4
Serve in pots, garnished to taste with cilantro, parsley, and dill.
