- Scallops 15 oz
- Butter 5 oz
- Rice 20 oz
- Onion 1 head
- Orange Bell Peppers 5 oz
- Ketchup 5 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Sauté the scallops in 50 grams of butter until golden brown.
Step 2
In another pan, prepare the vegetable sauce. For this, lightly sauté the bell pepper and finely chopped onion in the same amount of butter (50 g), add ketchup, and heat the mixture for 2 minutes.
Step 3
As a side dish, boil the rice.
Step 4
Combine the scallops with the sauce. On a flat plate, shape the rice into a ring. Place the scallops in the center of the 'ring'. Optionally, garnish the dish with a sprig of herbs.
