Description
The larger the pieces of chicken, the lower the heat should be in the oven; otherwise, the meat will burn and not cook through.
Ingredients
- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Poultry 1 piece
- Morels 5 oz
- Egg white 1 piece
- Mayonnaise 0 oz
- Ham 0 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 0 oz
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Herbs to taste
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Carefully cut off the wings of the chicken, then slice it along the belly with a sharp knife, trimming the white meat and separating it from the bones. Then cut the chicken into 2 parts, lightly pound, and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and finely chopped garlic to taste.
Step 2
Chop the tomatoes, ham, and mushrooms, and sauté them in vegetable oil. Beat the egg with mayonnaise. Bake the resulting omelet in the oven for about 10 minutes at 430°F.
Step 3
Cut the finished omelet into 4 pieces, placing 2 pieces on each portion of chicken, sprinkle with grated cheese, and roll it up.
Step 4
Place in a deep skillet seam side down, and bake at the same temperature in the oven for about 30 minutes. During baking, baste the chicken with the juices that are released.
Step 5
Serve the chicken hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
