Ingredients
- Butter 0 oz
- Poultry 2 pieces
- Spices to taste
- Dill 0 oz
- Minced garlic 3 cloves
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the chickens and place them on the rotisserie.
Step 2
Mix the melted butter with garlic and herbs to taste, possibly adding a little salt.
Step 3
Rub the chickens with salt and pepper. Before placing them in the oven and during cooking, baste with the garlic herb butter.
Step 4
Cook at a temperature of 200–430°F, turning occasionally, for 20 minutes.
Step 5
Serve with fresh vegetables.
