Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the prepared fillet into portions, pound it, shape it into an oval, season with salt and pepper, and fry until a golden crust forms. Then finish cooking in the oven.
Step 2
When serving, place the meat on a plate, top with fried onions cut into rings, arrange fried potato slices on the side, drizzle with oil and the meat juices from frying the rosbraten. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and dill.
