Roasted Turkey in Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 1 piece
- Spanish onions 1 head
- Balsamic Vinegar 2 tablespoons
- Spices 0 oz
- Minced garlic 2 cloves
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the fillet, slice it across the grain, pound it, and place it in a bowl.
Step 2
Pour in the vinegar just enough to color the pieces.
Step 3
Add the sliced onion, garlic, and a little oil.
Step 4
Generously sprinkle with spices: cumin, thyme, coriander, mint, oregano; reasonably — salt, chili, paprika... any, except yellow.
Step 5
Mix until the spices are evenly distributed. Let sit for 10–20 minutes.
Step 6
Sauté with oil over medium-high heat.
Step 7
Enjoy with vegetables.
