Description
You can stuff the bird with whatever you like and rub it with spices to taste. A very simple recipe, but the meat turns out very tender and juicy!
Ingredients
- Turkey 10 lbs
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Wheat Flour 2 tablespoons
- Celery stalk 5 pieces
- Spanish onions 2 heads
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 355°F.
Step 2
Rinse the bird well and pat it dry.
Step 3
Rub with a mixture of salt and pepper.
Step 4
In a roasting bag, add the flour, place the bird on top, and arrange the celery pieces and quartered onions around it. Close the bag and make a few holes in it.
Step 5
Roast for 3 to 3.5 hours until cooked through.
