- Sugar 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 3 cloves
- Ground Caraway to taste

Step 1
Wash the pork ham, score the dried skin in a diamond pattern, rub it with crushed garlic mixed with salt, and sprinkle with caraway seeds.
Step 2
Place the meat on a baking sheet with heated fat, pour in hot water, and roast in the oven, adding hot water as needed and basting the meat.
Step 3
Before the end of roasting, turn the skin side up, pour with water mixed with sugar, and brown well.
