Ingredients
- Boneless Lamb Leg 1 piece
- Garlic 2 heads
- Black Cumin (Cumin) to taste
- Green peppercorns to taste
- Coriander essential oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Herbs to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the leg of lamb thoroughly and dry it.
Step 2
Trim off any excess fat with a knife.
Step 3
In a mortar, add all the spices and grind well to release their aroma.

First, line the baking sheet with foil, then place parchment paper on top.
Step 5
Peel the garlic, separate it into cloves, and cut them.
Step 6
Make deep cuts in the meat with a knife.
Step 7
Stuff the leg with garlic.

Generously season with salt and rub with spices.

Drizzle olive oil on top.

Wrap the leg in parchment paper and foil. Place it in the refrigerator overnight.

Place the marinated meat on a baking tray. Preheat the oven to 375°F (375 degrees Fahrenheit) and cook the meat for 3-4 hours, until done.
