- Lamb 5 lbs
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Butter 0 oz
- Salt 0 oz
- Mixed Ground Peppers 0 oz
- Olive Oil 0 fl oz
- Oregano 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse and dry the lamb.
Step 2
Rub well with salt and pepper. Leave in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 390°F. Brush the meat with olive oil and place it in a baking dish, covering it with two layers of foil. Roast for 1.5 hours.
Step 4
Chop the garlic and oregano, mix with the butter. Spread the mixture over the meat and return to the oven for another 15–20 minutes.
Step 5
You can baste with the resulting juices during roasting.
