  • Rack of Lamb 2 pieces
  • Garlic 4 cloves
  • Fresh Rose Hips 4 sprigs
  • Olive Oil 4 tablespoons
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Mild Chili Spice 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Rub the lamb with salt and pepper. Then place it in a baking dish with high sides and drizzle with oil. Send it to an oven preheated to 500°F.

Step 2

After 20 minutes, add the chili pepper, sprigs of rosemary, and slightly crushed garlic cloves to the meat. Tightly cover the dish with several layers of foil. Reduce the oven temperature to 320°F.

Step 3

After 2 hours of slow cooking, remove the foil. To brown the lamb, increase the temperature to 410°F. As soon as the meat is covered with a crust, it is ready to serve.

Step 4

Peel the burnt skin off the chili and garlic, mix the flesh together — this creates a wonderful spicy paste for the meat.
