Roast with Sweet Peppers
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 25 oz
- Lamb 5 lbs
- Clarified Butter 5 oz
- Meyer Lemon Juice 0 fl oz
- Orange Bell Peppers 2 pieces
- Adjika 1 teaspoon
- Cinnamon a pinch
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rub the meat with half of the clarified butter, sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cinnamon. Peel the potatoes, cut them into large pieces, arrange them around the meat, and salt them.
Step 2
Drizzle the meat with a mixture of lemon juice, the remaining clarified butter, and adjika. Bake at 480°F until golden brown, then reduce the temperature to 390°F and bake for another 35 minutes.
Step 3
Remove the seeds from the sweet peppers, cut them, and bake with the meat and potatoes for another 10 minutes.
