Ingredients
- Boneless pork shoulder 20 oz
- Salt to taste
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Grill Meat Spice Blend to taste

Step 1
Wash the pork shoulder, dry it, and rub it with salt and spices.
Step 2
Peel 5 cloves of garlic and cut each in half.
Step 3
Make 10 cuts in the pork shoulder and insert the garlic halves into the pockets.
Step 4
Wrap in several layers of foil (approximately 3 layers) and place in the oven.
Step 5
Roast for 1.5 to 2 hours at 390°F (depending on the power and mode of the oven, check for doneness after about 1.5 hours if using convection mode).
