Roast Duck
Ingredients
- Duck 5 lbs
- Pickled Apples 2 pieces
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Pink Himalayan Salt ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Slice the apples into wedges.
Step 2
Let the duck sit at room temperature.
Step 3
Place the apples in a roasting bag.
Step 4
Add rosemary.
Step 5
Make incisions in the skin of the duck with a sharp knife. Brush with olive oil.
Step 6
Place the duck in the bag on top of the apples.
Step 7
Season with salt.
Step 8
Tie the bag with kitchen twine.
Step 9
Send it to a preheated oven at 375°F for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Step 10
Then open the bag and reduce the heat to 320°F.
Step 11
After 20–30 minutes, the duck is ready.
