Roast Beef in Honey-Mustard Sauce
Ingredients
- Honey 2 tablespoons
- Thick Beef Rib 20 oz
- Mustard Greens 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a bowl, mix honey, mustard, olive oil, salt, pepper, (or spices to taste).
Step 2
Coat the meat on all sides with the resulting marinade.
Step 3
Wrap in plastic wrap and let marinate for at least 1 hour (if more than 4 hours, place the meat in the refrigerator).
Step 4
Wrap the meat in foil and bake in a preheated oven at 375°F for 25 minutes. Then remove the roast beef, open the foil, and return it to the oven for another 20 minutes.
Step 5
Let the finished roast beef rest for 20 minutes.
Step 6
Serve with pomegranate sauce and a green salad.
